Brian Wood is an independent, American fashion designer who has contributed to the evolution of streetwear since 2003. His signature BWOOD mens and womens clothing and accessories lines emulate a rebellious attitude and whimsical sense of humor that has earned a loyalty with young, urban audiences.

BWOOD's relevancy is attributed to a signatussre, conceptual style that fuses meticulous detailing, tech fabrications and mashup designs with a nod to popular culture - each garment is designed to be conversational and thought provoking, offering empowering social statements to those who wear them.

Apart from BWOOD, Brian has worked alongside Nike for exclusive designs and prototypes, providing forecasting and creative direction for special releases and capsules spanning apparel, footwear and store design. He has also done branded design collabs of limited edition collections with CBS Television, High Times and Crown Royal. With Vinnies Styles retail shop in Brooklyn, Brian co-designed a sub-brand called BWVS and a more logo-heavy line, No Deal.

Notables who have worn BWOOD include music artists Future, Ciara, DJ Marshmello, Jillionaire of Major Lazer, Big Boi of Outkast, Lil Jon, Tory Lanez, and H.E.R., actor and singer Utkarsh Ambudkar, actor Alan Cummings, comedian Chad Tepper, and nightlife impresario David Grutman.

BWOOD is sold at the Wood Shoppe retail outpost and official brand headquarters in the Lower East Side neighborhood of New York City, internationally at Germany retailer BSTN and through other distributors, and at www.brianwoodonline.com.

Upon graduating from Pratt Institute with a BFA in Fashion Design, Brian launched BWOOD out of a Washington Heights neighborhood apartment, armed with big city dreams and an industrial sewing machine to create his pop-art-inspired, debut T-shirt line.
